Chief Development Officer
Columbus, Ohio | Full-Time-Hybrid
Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000
We are currently seeking a strategic, relationship-driven, and visionary Chief Development Officer to help advance our mission to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
As a member of the senior leadership team, the Chief Development Officer will lead CIS of Ohio’s fundraising strategy, grow philanthropic support, strengthen donor and community partnerships, and work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, and development team to ensure long-term sustainability and expanded impact.
Development Manager
Columbus, Ohio | Full-Time-Hybrid
Salary Range: $62,000 - $65,000
We are currently seeking a passionate, organized, and relationship-driven Development Manager to help advance our mission to surround students with a community of support, empowering them to stay in school and achieve in life.
This position plays a key role in supporting fundraising strategies, donor engagement, grants management, events, and development operations. The Development Manager will help strengthen donor relationships, build strategic partnerships, and secure the resources needed to expand our impact for students, families, schools, and communities across Ohio.
